X-The fluorescent sulfur analyzer, an energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence sulfur analyzer, is a dedicated analyzer designed based on the energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. The principle, design structure, instrument components, analysis method, operation process, error and reproducibility of the analyzer all comply with GB/T 17040 – 2019 “Determination of sulfur content in petroleum and petroleum products”.
